At PurrPoseful Art Studio we combine Humane Education (fostering compassion, responsibility and kindness for all animals) with practical art instruction, where children will have the opportunity to create two-dimensional prints of some of their favorite animals. Maybe even their own pet at home.
Students will create a black and white pencil drawing that will later be transferred to a printmaking plate and turned into a limited edition print. Students will create 2 editions, one to keep, and one to sell at an annual fundraising benefit where the proceeds will be donated to local animal rescue organizations.
